Privacy Policy

• Quote and booking details — your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, event date and times, and the items you are interested in.
• Advertising leads — when you submit a lead form on Google or Facebook, those platforms send us the contact details and answers you provided, along with the campaign or form identifier.
• Communications — the emails, text messages and website chat messages you exchange with us, so we can keep an accurate record of your event.
• Agreements and payments — your signature on the rental agreement and payment records. Card details are entered and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic website data — pages viewed and general device information used to measure the performance of our website and ads.

• Prepare quotes, confirm availability and calculate delivery and sales tax.
• Create and manage your booking, agreement, deposit and final balance.
• Contact you about your event by email, phone or text — including delivery and pickup coordination on event day, and a follow-up thank-you message afterward.
• Keep records required for accounting and Washington State tax reporting.
• Measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing from other companies.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: email and text-message delivery, payment processing, mapping and distance lookups, Washington State tax-rate lookups, and secure data hosting. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform that service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We advertise on Google and Facebook. When you arrive from an ad or submit a lead form, those platforms may set cookies and report to us that a quote request happened so we can measure which campaigns work. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to advertising platforms as part of that measurement. You can control ad personalization in your Google and Facebook account settings, and cookies in your browser settings.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, agreement, deposit, delivery or pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that support message delivery and only as necessary to provide the messaging service.

Quote and lead records are kept while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterward. Booking, agreement and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

You can ask us to review, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@mateopartyco.com. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Our website and services are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
